Most HOYECHI products are designed for commercial venues and large outdoor projects rather than ordinary residential decoration.

Commercial projects usually require larger structures, outdoor-grade electrical systems, stronger fixing methods, professional installation and customized packaging. We mainly serve professional buyers who need products for public spaces, commercial venues or repeated seasonal use.

Yes. After receiving the main project requirements, HOYECHI can provide product recommendations, an initial visual concept and layout suggestions.

Detailed dimensions, structural drawings, electrical arrangements and installation documents are prepared according to the confirmed project scope and production requirements.

Before production, the customer must approve the main dimensions, colors, lighting effects, structure, installation method and commercial terms.

Production time depends on the product size, quantity, structural complexity, lighting system and time of year.

Large custom projects require additional time for design confirmation, material preparation, production, factory testing, packaging and international transportation. The estimated production schedule will be confirmed in the quotation.

We recommend starting Christmas and major festival projects as early as possible, especially before the peak production and international shipping season.

Many HOYECHI products can be manufactured for commercial outdoor use. Depending on the product and project requirements, outdoor configurations may include IP65-rated lighting systems, waterproof connectors, flame-retardant and UV-resistant decorative materials, corrosion-resistant frames and outdoor electrical components.

However, not every product has exactly the same waterproof rating or technical specification. The final IP rating, voltage, materials and operating conditions will be stated in the quotation and technical documents for the specific product.

Voltage and electrical configurations can be adapted to the destination country and project requirements.

Many commercial outdoor displays use low-voltage lighting systems with suitable transformers or power supplies. The final input voltage, output voltage, plug type, cable arrangement and controller system will be confirmed before production.

Customers must ensure that the on-site mains connection, distribution box, grounding and protective devices comply with local electrical regulations.

Both steel and aluminum frame options are available, depending on the product, budget and application.

Steel provides strong structural performance and is often suitable for large fixed installations. Aluminum is lighter, corrosion-resistant and easier to handle, making it particularly useful for rental projects, repeated installations and locations where lower transportation weight is important.

Our team will recommend the appropriate material after evaluating the size, installation method, usage period and local environment.

Weather resistance depends on the product dimensions, frame structure, fixing method, foundation, local wind load and operating environment.

For large outdoor structures, wind resistance cannot be determined by the product alone. The complete installation system, including anchors, ballast, foundations, support points and site conditions, must be evaluated.

Please provide the installation location, expected weather conditions and local engineering requirements before ordering. HOYECHI can then recommend suitable structural and electrical specifications.

Compliance documents depend on the product configuration, electrical components and destination market.

Relevant test reports or compliance documents, such as CE or RoHS documentation, may be available for specific products and lighting systems. If your project requires a particular standard or certification, please inform us before quotation so that we can confirm the applicable product configuration and available documents.

We do not claim that every product automatically carries every certification.

Yes. Before shipment, HOYECHI checks the lighting performance, wiring connections, power supplies, controllers, structure, accessories and packaging.

For large customized projects, products can be pre-assembled or partially assembled in our factory to verify the overall appearance, connection points and installation sequence.

Photos and videos can also be provided for customer review before shipment when required.

Large commercial decorations are normally transported by sea freight.

Where the design allows, HOYECHI uses modular, knock-down or foldable structures to reduce packaging volume and international transportation costs. Packaging is designed according to the product structure and required level of protection.

We can assist with freight arrangements, shipping documents and transportation insurance. The final shipping method, Incoterms, cost and responsibility will be confirmed in the quotation or contract.

Yes. Depending on the product and project requirements, support may include:

• Remote technical guidance
• Maintenance instructions

Overseas on-site installation assistance may be arranged for qualified projects after the location, project scope, schedule, visa requirements, travel arrangements and service costs have been reviewed.

Large outdoor structures must be installed and secured by qualified personnel in accordance with local structural, electrical and safety requirements.

Commercial orders are normally paid by bank transfer according to the deposit and balance terms confirmed in the quotation or contract.

Other payment arrangements may be discussed for qualified projects. The final payment method, payment schedule and banking information will be confirmed before production.

HOYECHI generally provides a one-year limited warranty for confirmed manufacturing defects under normal use. The exact warranty period, starting date, coverage and replacement-part arrangements will be stated in the quotation or contract.

The warranty may cover manufacturing-related problems involving LED strings, power supplies, controllers, wiring connections, structural components or workmanship.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect voltage, unauthorized modification, inadequate fixing, improper storage, misuse, accidents, normal wear or weather conditions beyond the confirmed design rating is not normally covered by the free warranty.

Please inspect the packaging and products immediately after delivery. If damage is found, do not discard the packaging.

Take clear photos and videos of:

• The unloading condition
• The unpacking condition

Send the evidence, order number and a description of the problem to HOYECHI as soon as possible. We will review the situation and assist with replacement parts, repair guidance or shipping-claim documentation, depending on the cause and extent of the damage.

Yes. Common replacement parts may include LED strings, power supplies, controllers, cables, connectors, mounting hardware and structural connection parts.

If a problem is confirmed as a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, support will be provided according to the agreed warranty terms. After the warranty period, paid replacement parts and technical guidance remain available.

In many cases, replacing a local component is faster and more practical than returning an entire large commercial decoration.
