Plan clearance, foundations and seasonal maintenance
Send a measured site plan showing the route width, overhead restrictions, ground surface and nearby power supply. Confirm clear walking height and the position of every base before production. Ground fixing and structural requirements depend on the exposed area, local wind conditions and venue rules.
Agree on access to lighting connections and replacement components, especially where leaves overlap. For a temporary installation, include dismantling order, packed dimensions and storage space in the brief. The decorative canopy is not specified as a weather shelter; discuss any shelter requirement separately with the project designer.

Can we choose a different lighting color?
RGB is available in the source specification. Confirm whether you want a fixed palette or programmed effects; the control system and electrical requirements belong in the agreed specification.
