Can the lantern be installed outdoors?

An outdoor configuration can be discussed for the actual location. Specify exposure, mounting height and operating period. Suitable IP-rated lights and power supplies are only part of the design: the fabric, frame, connectors, cable entries and suspension arrangement must be coordinated as a complete installation.

Does the order include installation hardware?

The supplied scope is agreed in the quotation. Confirm suspension cables, fixing hardware, secondary retention, power supplies and cables individually. Building attachment points and their load capacity must be reviewed by the venue and its installation professionals.

Can the fish lanterns be reused each year?

Plan for reuse when ordering. Discuss access for lowering the lanterns, removable sections, spare lighting parts and protective storage. Inspect the fabric, metalwork, suspension points and electrical components before each installation.
