Installation and seasonal reuse
Agree the base arrangement, fixing surface and cable routes before production. Outdoor displays need a mounting plan suited to local exposure; IP65 lighting protection does not establish the structural wind capacity of the moon backdrop or figures.
Leave access for electrical inspection and keep connections away from public circulation. For indoor venues, check door and lift dimensions against the largest delivered section. If the display will return in another season, discuss section identification, protective packing and storage space for the fabric-covered components.
Design, production and delivery support
Provide the destination, display area, preferred reference images and opening date. Confirm the overall layout and the included pieces before production. Request drawings, production or pre-installation photographs, a packing list and installation guidance for the agreed configuration.
