The final drawing and electrical schedule define the ordered dimensions, power, weight and component ratings. An IP rating for a light or power supply does not establish the structural capacity of a suspension system. Immersed use requires a separately specified design.
Pole-mounted motifs or suspended street decorations
Plan the support before selecting the hardware
For pole mounting, provide pole dimensions, material, photographs and restrictions on drilling or clamping. For a suspended layout, identify the proposed support points, span and clearances. The motif frame, attachment details and supporting structure need to be considered together; a scene illustration is not a fixing plan.
Make electrical access practical
Show the available supply points and cable route on your street plan. Locate connections and power supplies where the installation team can inspect them while maintaining the specified protection. Circuit loading depends on the selected motif wattage, quantity and cable lengths, so the quotation should include a circuit schedule for the complete route.
Manufacturing, packing and seasonal reuse
We can coordinate drawings, metal-frame production, surface finishing, lighting assembly and pre-shipment checks. Steel and aluminum options allow the structure to be developed around the required outline and mounting arrangement. Protective coatings are selected for the exposure and the agreed daytime finish.
For multi-location orders, group and label motifs by route or installation zone. Request a packing list showing carton sizes, weights, component numbers and accessories so the receiving team can plan unloading and installation. Detachable sections can be specified where transport or site access makes them useful.
Before seasonal dismantling, isolate the power and record the positions of motifs, brackets and circuit connections. Store the lights and leads with protection from bending, pulling and pressure; retain labels and the approved connection plan for reinstallation.

Can we order a different hat size or color?
Yes. Height, width, frame finish and lighting colors can be customized. Send the viewing distance and available installation space so the proportions and fixing arrangement can be developed together.
Are these the same as a Santa Claus sculpture?
No. This page covers the standalone hat motif used as a repeated street decoration. Full Santa figures and photo props have different footprints and installation needs.
Is the whole display automatically rated IP68?
No. Lighting and power supplies can be specified with IP65, IP67 or IP68 options. The selected components and connections must suit the actual installation; the order identifies their ratings individually.
Are support cables and garlands included?
