Sendo um empres\u00e1rio pr\u00e1tico, envolveu-se profundamente em todas as fases de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, desde a sele\u00e7\u00e3o do material at\u00e9 ao produto final, adquirindo uma compreens\u00e3o abrangente do processo de fabrico e dos elementos essenciais do controlo de qualidade. Atrav\u00e9s desta experi\u00eancia, apercebeu-se de que s\u00f3 conseguindo um baixo custo, mantendo uma elevada qualidade, \u00e9 que mais pessoas poderiam desfrutar verdadeiramente do calor e da alegria dos festivais.<\/p>

No entanto, \u00e0 medida que os produtos entravam no mercado, David Gao deparou-se com uma realidade desanimadora: apesar da sua excelente qualidade e dos pre\u00e7os acess\u00edveis, o custo das decora\u00e7\u00f5es festivas disparava quando chegavam aos clientes finais devido \u00e0 acumula\u00e7\u00e3o de lucros em cada n\u00edvel intermedi\u00e1rio. Juntamente com problemas de gest\u00e3o log\u00edstica, canais opacos e discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o de pre\u00e7os, os clientes tinham frequentemente dificuldade em apreciar a rela\u00e7\u00e3o custo-efic\u00e1cia original dos produtos.<\/p>
